None of this is a screening, it just makes the first call faster and more useful:
- Who needs covering: yourself, a spouse, children, or a small business
- Everyone's age
- Whether anyone is already enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B
- Whether anyone has had treatment or a prescription in the last twelve months, since that can affect when coverage can start
