Four things ride along with every Health Saver Plus III policy the day it starts. None of them are add-ons and none of them show up as a separate line on a bill. Preventive care benefits and daily emergency ambulance cover, ground and air, are also included in every policy, and a concierge phone service comes with Health Saver Plus III.

Karis360 is unlimited access, by phone, to a dedicated team of professional advisors for health care related questions and concerns. It splits into three parts:
- Healthcare Navigator: someone to help you work out a question before it becomes a bigger problem.
- Karis Surgery Saver: for when a procedure is on the calendar and the cost needs looking at first.
- Karis Bill Negotiator: for after the treatment, when the bill itself is the problem.
